Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Welcome Welcome Welcome! Patricia, Cleveland, OH, 2006-11-05 Excellent non-chain bistros with fabulous wines and food at reasonable, no sticker shock prices line the streets of downtown. Less than a 10 minute walk.My stay at the Red Lion Hotel at the Park in Spokane, WA was an unexpected pleasure. From the curb to curb courtesy vans to and from the airport, and friendly smiling wait staff, to the comfortable bed and absolutely spotless bathroom my expectations were exceeded. Just a short walk, 5-10 minutes through a lovely, safe, well lighted natural park from restaurants and shopping in downtown Spokane the Red Lion is in a most convenient location. My only suggestion would be for them to have live light music, piano-guitar, in the lounge area late afternoon to early evening and offer more of an actual bar area. Traveling alone, I would of welcomed the opportunity of an area to relax in and start a conversation without having to get up from my table, which I didn't do, and approach another. Score 4 out of 5 Pet and Family Friendly Anonymous, Seattle, WA, 2006-08-21 Gonzaga UEverything is great but the food is terrible. Score 5 out of 5 Review Steve, 2006-07-14 Riverfront Park - theatre, rides, walking areaScore 4 out of 5 food entertaiment right outside you door Anonymous, Spokane, WA, 2006-03-12 Free parking at your own risk. The Red Lion Hotel was cozy and inviting. The room it self seemed small, but the bed furniture and decor made you feel right at home. Having multiple entrances mad it easier to park and more convient. The location is great! Your in walking distance to the Arena and Riverfront Park. The room had a closet with hangers and a dresser to hold all things and the bath was stocked with nice lotion and hand soap. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, Seattle, WA, 2005-08-28 Downtown Spokane is just a short walk across the park. There many dining options and several things to do in the park.Score 3 out of 5 Very close to my daughters school Paula, Seattle, WA, 2005-08-26 Beautful walk on the river over to the downtown shopping area. The location is great, but the pillows were too buoyant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found it odd that a lamp was placed infront of a picture on the wall. Score 5 out of 5 My review of Red Lion Hotel at the Park Hans, Seattle, WA, 2005-08-21 I find this hotel both comfortable but yet no too extravagance. The pools are great for kids and the variety of rooms, suites etc, makes the choices great. The hotel is situated at a very convenient walking distance to both parks and downtown. Score 4 out of 5 O.K. Hotel Anonymous, 2005-08-14 Nice walking trails next to the river and walking distance to many restaurants. It is an older Red Lion and could use some upgrades for the price they charge. The gift shop is a line of vending machines and the hall ways are quite noisy at night. Overall it was o.k. Score 5 out of 5 Great Location Neil, Seattle, WA, 2005-08-04 Great golf coursesThe hotel is located close most businesses, airport and golf courses. It was perfect choice for accomodation Score 2 out of 5 Seen better days tom, Seattle, WA, 2005-07-31 Visit beautiful Manito Park! This hotel needs a thorough cleaning and the rooms need to be repaired. Our shower curtain had mold and was torn. The refrigerator door handle in the room was broken. The airconditioner was very loud. The pillows were old and lumpy! Food trays or bottles and glasses placed outside other's rooms into the hallway were not picked up for two days even though staff walked right on by. It seems that management is very very lax. |
