Great Place for a family ski weekend!

There was some nice choices for dining away from the hotel at TC's, a wonderful pizzeria, and an upscale romantic eatery called Hennesy's which where higlights!

The hotel check in was very late. However the staff was excellent and accomodating. The room was oddly set up and a little small for the two queensized beds. However, we had a wonderful view of the slopes. I guess that was the trade off.The location is great but the food choices were limited and expensive. Overall it was a good time but it could have been even more enjoyable with more focus on customer care and attention to detail. The conference center is also geared for time share owners so it does not really maintain the atmosphere of a the pricey hotel that it seems to be. We had to get our own bell hop cart and lug all of our belongings up to the room ourselves which was difficult and unnecessary.

Mount Snow's Grand Summit hotel was a pleasure to visit. Very convenient especially for the 10-17 year old intermediate skiier. The hotel is ski in and ski out. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful The outdoor heated pool was a big hit. I stayed in a standard room with two queen beds, however, the next time I visit the Grand Summit I would stay in the studio room which had a great mini kitchen and the murphy and pull out beds were definatly big enough for a party of four.

Try The Silo restaurant-game room for kids & the ribs were great!

My recent stay at the Grand Summit Hotel at Mt. Snow was very enjoyable. My studio room was great-the kitchenette worked well for breakfasts and snacks in the room (which was good considering the price of food at the deli at the hotel-not that it wasn't good-just expensive) We were able to ski right out to a lift from the hotel. Overall my family & I would recommend this hotel to friends & family and we plan on staying there again.

Fair customer caring-apathetic mood

Seemed like the staff all over Mt. Snow were just not into it. Apathetic, poor eye contact, few smiles and all seemed tense except service staff--specifically, valet parkers and maid service. This of course took away from the Mt Snow experience, one that our family cherished every year. Hope the karma changes. We plan to try again next year.

Great family ski trip

Great family ski trip. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen was useful. We parked our car for four days and didn't use it. I liked the opportunity to ski out the back door to the lift and there was a ski ckeck in at the end of the day. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub was very relaxing and we used it every day. The Summit Hotel also has excellent food at the Cafe. The fact that we didn't have to carry ski equipment from the car every day which we usually do, made for a very enjoyable ski vacation.

This is a ski-ski out hotel.

The Grand Summit at Mt. Snow offers many of the comforts of home. The food in both the restaurant and the deli is superb. The workout facility is clean and well-equpped. The outdoor pool is fun for kids and adults alike. There is something special about swimming in a warm pool while it is snowing on your head! The staff works hard to please. They have a tight parking arrangements, so cars need to be turned over to a valet. Sometimes the process is busy, but they work diligently to keep everyone happy. There are a number of quiet places and comfortable spots to sit for those who need a break from the slopes. The deli was my favorite. Another is on a sofa by the main fireplace. If this facility looks familiar, it may be that you have stayed at Attitach or other properties developed by the same company.
