very friendly staff

Fairly large mall across the street. You have to cross the highway to get to it, so I would advise driving if you have children or a lot of shopping to do.

Staff was very friendly. There was a mall across the street and a wide variety of resturants in the immediate area. The pool was perfect, but the whirlpool was not working and didn't look like it was working for some time. The bathroom had a marble counter with all the necessary amenties, plus cotton balls and swabs. Nice table and chairs near the window and a large table and chair for office work. We had some trouble with the magnetic key about three times, staff immediately came to open and rekey the lock. In hindsight, they probably should have given us a new key. Online check in was simple. Check out was quick and easy.
