Anonymous, 2006-10-01 There is a nice mall just two block down the street with many of the large department stores. We were very satisfied with our stay at the Crestwood Suites. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms had a couch, coffee table, desk and chair and a full kithchen. A lot for the price charged. The location was great, just two blocks from a mall and restaurants. I especially liked the free coffee they always have available at a station near the front desk. Score 4 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2006-08-20 No review provided by user Score 4 out of 5 Excellent Location Anonymous, Indianapolis, IN, 2006-06-26 We were in town for the Hampton Jazz Festival. The Coliseum was a few exits away as was a nice shopping area in Newport News. A new shopping area had just opened a few days earlier. It was nice. The service at the front desk was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. Not understanding this was a Extended Stay hotel, I had no idea we would not have our room serviced unless we stayed for 5 days or longer. Part of the joy of a hotel is having someone pick up in your room. Otherwise, the hotel is less than 1 year old and in a great location to everything. Score 4 out of 5 Very clean Aldrina, 2006-05-28 The Crestwood Suites was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and in a very safe part of town. I really liked that it was located close to the malls and restuarants but away from the local traffic. However the hotel was under-staffed for the holiday weekend. Score 5 out of 5 Central Location Jim, Detroit, MI, 2006-04-06 There were many places to eat within a five minute drive. This hotel was very nice. A very quite area with easy access to the freeway. Internet access was free. I plan on staying there again.
