Michael, 2006-10-09 the room was dirty the carpet was not vacumed the sheets looked sleeped in and there was onhly 1 towel in the room but had 4 bath mates ( guess they wanted us to dry off on them) no alarm clock the door to the out side key to let you in after dark was riped off the wall did not fell safe at all condemed houses all around and bums hanging out on the streets. Glass all over the parking lot. Will never stay there again. Score 1 out of 5 Review clifton, Charlotte, NC, 2006-10-01 This was probably the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty and the bed comforter had a hole in it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I travel two to three weeks out of the month. Score 3 out of 5 Just an average place John, 2006-04-02 I've paid a lot less for a better place to stay. It was just an average motel/hotel, no real reason to go back. They had a lot of kids that were in military training of some sort (All were still in civilian clothes, so brand new GI's.) that were going in and out of the hotel in taxi cabs most of the evening. We didn't have any problems with them, but some of them did have an attitude problem, didn't want to move to let someone through on the sidewalk, etc. The staff of the hotel was very nice, pleasant and helpful. Score 2 out of 5 Not clean at all Anonymous, 2006-03-26 it was about a 5-8 min drive to the mall which had many places to eat.The Travelodge was very unclean and not very well kept up. In my room, you could tell that no one cleaned under the bed in a while because there were still Mcds wrappers and also I didnt really feel saft in the room because did locked in the batheroom. And also the door to the hallway was damage I am still not sure if the room was actually locked when I locked it. Also they said they would supply me with a fridge and microwave and I never recieved it. The location looked like a very poor neighborhood. Score 2 out of 5 Keep Driving Anonymous, Islip, NY, 2006-03-24 We stopped here on our drive to Georgia. I recommend keep going . There are so many nice hotels along the way. Continental breakfast was old donuts and mini bagels. The pool was not open,Someone on the phone told me it was indoor. It was not. Hotel smelled. We did not complain due to the fact we were tired from the long drive. Oh and the neighborhood is very poor.Lock car doors, Wehn we were lost even the hotel person asked us if the area we were in looked like the Ghetto !!!!! Score 4 out of 5 Good for quick stop JoAnne, Islip, NY, 2005-07-05 This hotel provided a good stopover on our way south. It was right off highway 95, easy on and off.
