The hotel also offers complimentary hot American breakfast every morning, evening reception Monday through Thursday including a light dinner, beer, wine and soft drinks, wireless internet, parking local, and 800 calls.

Score 5 out of 5 My review of Hawthorn Suites LTD - Alexandria Anonymous Anything you would need is close by.The Hawthorne Suites was comfortable, room was of average size, bathroom was extremely small with tub/shower/sink/toilet in close proximity but clean. There was ample hanging space for clothing. The kitchen was the real high point. It had everything you would need to cook or prepare a meal in room. The location was very good - easy access to the main roads and highways. That was great!Room was small, but nice. Best feature was that breakfast buffet and supper were included in the price! Room was hard to keep heated and shower was hard to keep at a constant temperature, but overall it was a bargain for the area. Breakfast in the morning was nice buffett style and the dinner in the evening with free beer was a nice touch. it seems to be set up for extended stays and the full kitchen in the rooms are a nice touch. Regrettably, the rooms are dated with old air-condition units that do not work well, are noisy and do not regulate the temperature to any degree of satisfaction. The bathroom is very small with very little room for cosmetics and toiletries. The hallways are very narrow and drab giving it an old institutional look and feel. I�m glad I was only there one night. The room was large with a kitchenette and TV room, but the airconditioning did not work (Mid August). The hotel offered to move us to a smoking room - the ONLY available room in the hotel? That was the best they could do and did not offer any discount or refund of any kind for this inconvenience. This was not a good experience. |
