Most recent user reviewsScore 2 out of 5 The rooms need updating Christopher, Detroit, MI Highways are close by, easy to navigate around the cityThe Ramada Limited Salt Lake City has a staff willing to go that extra mile, strong customer service and follow-up. However, the room (non-smoking) was sprayed to mask the smoking odor and the bed was uncomfortable. I slept on the floor. The rooms are crying out for updates and proper upkeep. Clean and maintained well. Only issues we did not receive our wake-up call on the day of check-out, almost missed our flight. Score 2 out of 5 Convenient location, but shabby accomodations. Richard, Oakland, CA, 2006-02-22 The hotel is conveniently located to the Salt Lake City airport and freeway. The room was clean, but the hotel is shabby and the bedding is worn-out. The hotel is in a greater state of disrepair than I would expect from its parent company (Ramada) and age. The room was overpriced for the level of accomodations. Score 5 out of 5 ver family friendly Anonymous, 2006-02-19 Shopping are is closerThe hote was comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good -- Score 4 out of 5 business Anonymous, 2005-11-23 good locationDecent location, okay room, had situation where the person in the room next door was making noise. I called the front desk and told them. The noise continued, and I didn't get to sleep that night. Score 5 out of 5 Very comfortable hotel Mark, Louisville, KY, 2005-07-24 We stayed at the Ramada Limited for a full week and were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were in great shape and very clean. The only problems we encountered were getting on line in our rooms (which was eventually resolved) and poor television reception on some channels at times. We were told it was due to satellite problems and were scheduled to have someone out soon to take care of the problem. One suggestion would be a larger selection of items at the continental breakfast. However it, too, was very clean and well-tended. Score 5 out of 5 very family friendly Ofa, Fort Myers, FL, 2005-07-03 overall rating, it was a 101%, i was satisfied with the service, the accomodations all around and the location i couldn't picked a better hotel with it's location. close to temple square, walmart, all around many eatery places to pick from. i will stay again in this place if i'm ever in town, we are heading out next year to another fam reunion and this place is definitely my choice to stay. Score 4 out of 5 Nice hotel, friendly staff Bruce, Sioux Falls, SD, 2005-06-18 The hotel was located next to a freeway, so the noise outside was annoying. Inside the atmosphere was unaffected by the commotion outside. Wireless internet was intermittent. The breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. |
