Very Poor Front Desk Staff

The Crystal Inn St. George was an average hotel, nothing great, nothing terrible. But the check-in process took us over 45 minutes. We were first given a key that didn't work, then told it was for the wrong room, given a new key and a new room and that key didn't work either. Finally a 3rd key was given and found out that the locking devise on the door was slightly broken and you had to hold it just so to get into the room. NO apologies from staff. Customer Service was terrible.
