ROB, Las Vegas, NV, 2006-09-02 Plenty of shopping and restaurants are within a few miles.America's Best Value Inn & Suites were everything but a good value. The management or front office staff has absolutely the most novice customer service skills I have yet to encounter. When you ask one person a question they look to someone else for an answer. You never know who you're talking with from an official standpoint becuase so many people linger in the lobby, and none of them have a badge, monogram, or anything identifying them as staff. Further, these lingerers just speak-out at you. The cleaning staff was un-uniformed and very slow. The only decent aspect to the stay was the lady that checked us in. She was kind and caring. I wouldn't allow my dog to stay at this place!!! The rooms were clean and confortable. I was a little disapointed in the price of the room but, I do realize that I was not staying at a Hilton. All in all I would recomend this hotel to a friend. Its a great place for an over night stay. |
