The La Quinta Inn-San Antonio Vance Jackson is just north of downtown San Antonio, southwest of the airport. We are the perfect destination for visitors to San Antonio Medical Center, Texas Heart Hospital, and South Texas Blood & Tissue. It's an easy drive to SeaWorld, Riverwalk, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. The sprawling Crossroads Mall is nearby and a variety of restaurants within walking distance, including La Fogata.

Next time, we willl definitly stay downtown. Downtown and the restaurants were fabulous. Seems like a pretty safe big "ish" city.Well for the money and proximity to downtown, this can't really be beat.....Now granted I am from a not so open state but at the same time, I was walking past a cloud of smoke for most evenings. Motels are like that I guess but who knows? I did expect more from a La Quinta I think. The room was clean-ish. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Beds are really really really cheap. Like sleeping on a really mushy sponge which is so old it wouldn't even absorb much water anymore. Score 2 out of 5 Family Friendly Anonymous, Pittsburgh, PA, 2006-03-07 There was a Starbucks beside the hotel and a small convenience/gas station 2 doors down. We were about 15 minutes from most eating and dining places.The hotel was kept clean and the staff was very friendly. We definitely got our monies worth. |
