The advantage with location was it near to major highways but in general its not one of the prime areas of the town. I had a problem with my phone, and I called to have them fix it and no one ever came to address the problem. I wasn't thanked for staying at the hotel. The curtains in the room were hanging and needed to be replaced. The room was clean but the outside of the hotel was dirty. I checked out early. I got a room at a another location. Score 5 out of 5 Question D, Canton/Akron, OH, 2005-07-20 I purchased a shuttle to and from the airport to hotel...I was told by the shuttle service that I could only use the e-shuttle service one way although the e-shuttle paper said round trip...it cost me an additional $26 instead of 12 to go back to the airport.
