I was happy with it not being far from the Riverwalk and thge Alamo. The only thing I didn't care for was the cold cereal and toast for there continental breakfast. I know it was free but how costly is eggs and bacon. I told the front dest about the A.C. not cooling and the front desk told me hold on. The hold on became an hour. So I walked to front desk infront of hotel and told him when are they going to fix the AC. He told 5 to 6 hours or maybe refund. I was like this is ridiculous. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. We were not given new towels or linens. Our trash was overflowing. They're doing some renovating so the hotel did not look the best itself. The breakfast was terrible. And there was nothing close by. Not a McDonald's or anything. Just one convenience store. It was in such a bad neighborhood, there was a store not too far that you had to order the things from the covenience store through bullet proff glass.
