Poor Bargain

The Days Inn I was supposed to stay at offered only one ammenity, a pool. It was in very poor condition and seemed very seedy. I checked in and checked out a few hours later.

Poor Conditions, don't stay here!!!!

I was shocked at the poor conditions and the over all run down condition of this property. The room smelled of mold / musty. The carpet in the room was curling up around the edges and the wheather stripping around the door was missing in areas letting in sunlight and air, rain and bugs. The toilet water kept running and there were cigarette burns on the floor. And most shocking "NO FIRE EXTINGUISHERS" in the boxes that are marked as such. I checked out after finding another Hotel approx. 4 hours and had to pay for that night. Front desk needs to learn how to deal with customers better without getting upset. "Checked into the Super 8 in Pasadena, TX $2.00 less per night and very nice with continental breakfast and nice pool, fridge and microwave in room."

I was there for two nights and I stayed in two different rooms. The first room I was put in had a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The second room I was put in was the home for a 4 inch cockroach. There were no alarm clocks in any of the rooms and they were not clean at all. The power outlets were all hanging out of the walls and the showers were filthy.
