The AC made a racket and something down the hall made a squealing noise all night long. The phone service went out. The high-speed Internet service did not work. When I told these things to the person at the front desk upon leaving, he just continued with the check out and said or did nothing to even try to make amends. The room was absolutely great. Very large and very accommodating. Having the balcony view was the icing on the cake. It was gorgous. Plenty of room for my belongings with everything I needed to feel right at home. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Except for the overwhelming smell of paint when I entered the elevator the hotel was nice. Depending on the rates, I will stay there whenever I visit ther area. Seemed a little high but overall worth it. |
