The hotel had a fair size pool and the room was moderate, though i have never stayed in a place with fewer tv channels. Score 1 out of 5 Bad area Anonymous, Tulsa, OK, 2006-05-29 We ended up not staying at this hotel. It was in a very bad area right off the highway. It was surrounding by bars and strip joints. When we arrived the police were there handling a domestic dispute where the woman had been thrown out of the room. She said she just needed to stay the night because she was catching the bus the next morning. The bus station was up the road. Anyway, we never got to the room because we changed our minds in the lobby. The hotel staff were very hard to understand and didn't understand us either.(They spoke very broken English) Score 1 out of 5 Not customer friendly Patricia, San Antonio, TX, 2006-03-13 There are 2 popular fast food restaurants within walking distance.I was very disappointed with this hotel. The sheets were dirty, stained, and had cigarette burns. I called the front desk and they apologized and changed them. I killed 3 spiders and called the front desk to tell them if I could change rooms because I was highly allergic. They said I may the next day. I did change rooms then the new room had toilet problems. It wouldn't flush and overflowed. I call the front desk and handed me a plunger. I asked if they could fix it and said they don't do that. So I had problems with the toilet all day and night. Other than the manager and his wife the staff was friendly. It is real close to the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. You are very near Six Flags over Texas and Amerquest Field are even closer than that DFW Airport. Freeway access is very easy as it is ringt off the Freeway. When I am in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex I probally will stay there again.
