Very good family experience

There are a lot of good dining options in the area.

The breakfast included with the room was very good. The indoor pool was pleasant. The excercise room was weak, but that was okay. I would recommend this hotel to family or business travelers.

I do like the hotel have stayed at least 20 times. This visit was not quite as enjoyable as previous visits.

The mall and many eating establishments are right across the street.

This was a beautiful place to stay. I go to Abilene alot and will stay there every time!

More for your money

The Mall is right across the street and there are lots of great eating places nearby.

We stayed at this hotel many times when is was Embassy Suite and have always enjoyed the setup and amenities (particularly the made to order breakfast and afternoon cocktails). Parts of the rooms are starting to show some wear, but it is still a great place to stay. The added space of 2 rooms is always a benefit and it is set up nicely with the bathroom in between. We enjoy the benefit and convenience of a kitchenette. We got a great rate and would certainly stay there again. The only thing we had problems with was trying to watch a movie in the room. We never could get it to work and didn't get results when we contacted the front desk. It was no big deal to us, though, and otherwise the stay was wonderful.

Mall of Abliene is a block away.

This property was to have 24 hr. transport from the airport in abilene tx, I was told it was provided more than once from the staff. It was by chance that I got a ride with the aircrew after the desk clerk told me they didn't provide the service. This was after I was told that they did by the previos desk clerk. Pretty iffy set-up when flying. Ido think the property was nice and the services other than above were very good.

Great Hotel

The mall is directly across the street! Everything is located there. Great Mexican food place; Casa Herrerra.

We were very pleased with the entire stay. It was so nice to already be completely checked in and checked out when we got there and when we left. The beds were fantastic. Their mattress system is great. We ate in the restaurant and it, also, was very nice. We participated in the free cocktail hour and the free breakfast; both of which were wonderful.

Lots of good restaurants are just a short walk away.

This hotel provides a full breakfast buffet as part of their low rates. We love the suite with every amenity you could ask for. We will definitely choose this hotel again!

Confortable room

Room was confortable eventhough it was not the nonsmonking room I requisted. There were remodeling crews and equipment/supplies in room areas.

The hotel was very beautiful. The food was excellent. The fitness room was great. It had extra towels there. The swimming pool was good. I liked how the hotel room was layed out. It had a sink in the bedroom. The bedroom door needed repair,it would not close securely. Also,the toliet rocked. The worst part was the staff was not friendly at check in. In addition,we reserved a non smoking room. We got there,and they said,none was available.
