The motel was across the street from the mall so many store oportunities were presented for shopping, plus restaurants for family and adults. A large toy store was also across the street so additional toys could be purchased for a tired child or just a walk thru for your entertainment.

My check-in at the Best Western Mall Mall South was very efficient and the desk clerk was friendly and courteous. My room was quiet and I heard no noise from outside or the rooms next door. New pillows were needed in my room as the ones on my bed were lumpy but the pillows did not interfere with my receiving a good night's sleep. My bathroom had no tissue in the box and the lamp on the desk did not have a light bulb so the desk area was poorly lighted. I am sure these small deficiencies would have been taken care of had I recported these problems. Breakfast the next morning was good and properly stocked for the guests' enjoyment. The Best Western Mall South was conveniently located for any shopping that you needed to do and several restuarants were within walking distance. Will stay at this facility again.
