Dirty sheets and roaches

IHOP and Denny's are accross e freeway and good family food option.

Small room with two double beds. Found several roaches in the bathroom. Sheets on one of the beds had many dark yellow stains. Everything else was fine.

Moderate price, no frills.

Nice golf course 1.5 miles south on I-45. Several medium priced restaurants on the main east-west roadway crossing the interstate, one block south of the motel.

La Quinta in Huntsville is a modest motel, conveniently located on Interstate 45 in Huntsville, TX. The room was clean but the sink and shower were not well maintained. Despite its proximity to the interstate highway, the motel is quiet. The surroundings are attractive, with nice landscaping and a very nice pool. The lobby is clean and spacious. While we did not partake of the complimentary breakfast buffet, it looked appetizing and seemed to have more choices that the standard free breakfast at budget motels.

The mall is about 1 mile away, small but very nice.

very run down, tub did not drain, bed was not comfortable, staff was very nice, but overall: I will pass on this hotel next time.
