Hardware Does Not Work

Good Chiness Buffet down the road.

The staff are very pleasant, however the room itself is not. Our AC did not work when we first checkin. It blow warm air the first day then it improve the next day. The phone in the room did not work at all. No dial tone. Yes, the phone is plug in, I even wiggle the phone core nothing work. The TV did not turn-on at all. Thanks goodness that I am an Electrical Engineer and make it work. This is probably the last time I will stay at this hotel.

Bad service.. Unclean Room

Mirrors and windows were dirty, as were the corners of the room. Bed pillows and towels were thin and uncomfortable.Reservation was for four people and towels were set up for two. Pool was dirty. We called the desk and asked for more towels and pillows. They were promised but never arrived. Since it was just for one night we stayed but I will never stay there again.

Okay for short-term stay

The best Chinese buffet I've had in many years was within a short drive.

The room was comfortable but since the hotel is right off the freeway, there was some traffic noise that disrupted this "light sleeper". Staff was courteous and helpful. Would consider staying there again.
