Most recent user reviewsScore 1 out of 5 overall upkeep of hotel Burke, St Kitts The outside appearance was well but poor. the clerk at the desk was very unprofessional after checking in we then went to our room the bed was very uncomfertable and poorly cared for it was almost sagging to the floor. when I walked into the bathroom it was attroshiouse the fan to vent the bathroom its cover was hanging off the wall by one screw.and the paint on the walls was pealling and growing mold. the shower curtain was covered in mold as if it had never been cleaned or changed out since the hotel was opened. the shower and restroom area was so awful that we could hardly stand it due to the time of our check in we had no choice to stay and we were afraid of getting sick from how disgusting the room was. we checked out and found a hotel the next mourning. this hotel should be shut down by the health department and the better business beuruo. until all these problems are fixed Score 1 out of 5 Worst Value Inn joyce, Pittsburgh, PA, 2006-06-29 It was horrible. The room was so dirty that I feet stuck to the floor, both in the room and the bathroom. I spent the one night and vacated the room the very next morning. This was the worst motel that I have ever stayed in. Score 1 out of 5 HORRIBLE Kent, Austin, TX, 2006-02-20 It was dirty, it stunk, and I refused to stay there. After this experience, I will not only never stay at one of the hotels again. Score 1 out of 5 Don't go! Joyce, Longview, TX, 2005-12-11 There is a nice shopping mall right off the interstate not far from that area of Kileen, but I would pick the La Quinta instead of this one.We were going to Kileen because my son was arriving home from Iraq and would be at Ft. Hood. We got to Kileen and passed the hotel because their sign was not lit up. We got in the hotel and it was very nice looking with a Christmas tree and all and we were very happy at that point. we drove around and parked. When we came in the entrance closest to our door we were appalled. There were signs saying "excuse our mess" explaining that they were remodeling or something. I tried to pass it off as being ok and that it was just the hallways. Well, it wasn't. We got in our first room and it smelled and was dirty. The bathroom areas were HORRIBLE! They looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in forever. The walls and carpets in the room were also dirty. We then went into our second room and it was worse than the first and also had a roach in the bathtub. I'm sorry. Having your hallways torn up to remodel is one thing, but having filty rooms is another. We called around to find another hotel and then went to the front desk to check out. The girl at the front desk was very nice and apologized and we assured her it wasn't her fault, it was the owner's fault. She said she had given refunds to 12 other guests before us. I will never use them again. Score 4 out of 5 it was ok danny, Dallas, TX, 2005-12-01 there plenty of chain eating establishments close byit was a great value but the room carpeting was very stained drapes were wrinkled and out of date towels were also outdated the location was very good though close to food and shopping and the army base Score 4 out of 5 Wonderful front desk staff Anonymous, 2005-10-11 actually as anyone who has ever been to killeen would know there is not much to the town at all except for the army basethe best value inn and suite all around was pretty good for the price this was my first visit to texas and the staff wass awsome i went out to ft hood to see a friend of mine that is leaving for iraq so my last day there was going to be horrible with having to say good bye to someone i care so much about.
