Most recent user reviewsScore 2 out of 5 unfriendly staff Anonymous, 2007-03-11 you could tell the staff did not want to be there and they were going to make you feel the same way. The nicest employees were the maids. Score 4 out of 5 Review Michael, Indianapolis, IN, 2007-02-02 The hotel was very helpful in getting a cab so we could enjoy the nightlife wiht no worries.Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2006-09-14 No review provided by user Score 3 out of 5 close to downtown, inexpensive Sharon, Indianapolis, IN, 2006-06-26 There is an authentic German restaurant next door with great food and beer. The room was tidy, though the carpet was very dirty. My room had iron, and ironing board which I used and worked great. The breakfast that was available was tasty and the breakfast room was clean. My only complaint was that the hotel cleaning staff came to my room three seperate times in the morning I was supposed to check out. There was no "do not disturb" tag in the room to place on the door. So I was bothering all morning long by the staff. and when I checked out of my room at noon ( normal checkout time) the cleaning staff was hovering outside my door and rushed me out of my room so they could begin cleaning it. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2006-06-08 No review provided by user Score 4 out of 5 Very Tourist Friendly Anonymous, Washington, DC, 2006-04-15 Drive about two miles for downtown attractions and restaurants.Ramada is located close to the stadium just at a little distance from Nashville downtown. The premises of the hotel are clean with pleasant spring breeze at the entrance. Though I chose a smoking room, the corridor had no stink. The room was fresh and breath taking. Bathroom was clean with fresh towels arranged neatly. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. I must say that the TV reception was not great probably because the city has better attractions. The room was quiet at night when I visited. My room had a window with a view of stadium and nice sunshine in the morning. The staff at the hotel reception was friendly to call a cab and provide tourist information. The breakfast was good. However, I had to go to downtown for dinner in the night. Night at Nashville downtown is lively with number of restaurants that have live music performances. I happily recommend this place to a friend for its value to the money I paid. Score 1 out of 5 very uncomfortable Megan, Nashville, TN, 2006-04-05 Do not expect any comfort, showering accessories such as soap, the bed is hard, the rooms smell like a damp dog and overall run from this oneMy stay at the Ramada Limited was a very uncomfortable experience. Not only was the bed hard but the room was dirty, we had no soap and when we called the desk she informed us to walk down and get some. The alarm clock did not work, the floor had not been vacuumed and the furniture was very old. The ceiling on the third level was water damaged therefore the rooms smelt damp. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I did like the restaurants being so close but other than that I was completely shocked what I got for the price I had paid. I have in many other instances stayed at hotels for less money and the rooms were of much better quality. Sorry but this was one of the worst that I have personally stayed in... Score 5 out of 5 Good location Robert, 2006-04-04 You're right across the river from the greatest music in the United States. Plenty of honky-tonks and restaurants. For the price, this is a very good location close to downtown Nashville. In season, it's right across the street from the football stadium. I will be staying there again in the near future. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, Grand Rapids, MI, 2006-03-22 Blues club has shuttle bus to and from HotelScore 4 out of 5 Good place to sleep. Anonymous, Chicago, IL, 2006-03-19 Close to all action on 2nd Ave.My needs were simple, a shower and a bed. I wanted to be close to the action downtown. I didn't eat at the hotel nor did I plan on spending any real time there. Shower, go out have fun, return and sleep. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Room was a bit small but OK. No internet access was the one bad thing. It's not the Four Seasons but then I didn't want that. A bit pricey but it was 5 minutes away from downtown. |
