Somewhat Lacking

I thought this hotel would be better than it was. I did have a lot of respect for the Super 8 name before my visit but I have not say I do not any longer. The room was a mess the night I got there and there was no cleaning staff on duty to clean the room.

Upon checking into my room there was a floor fan placed in the room to dry the sopping wet, smelly carpet. This motel is extremely old and in a very bad location. The ceiling in my room had chunks missing. Long story short, I refused to stay here

too far from every thing.

First it's far from every where, 60$ in taxi back and forth. The staff is not the most friendlyiest you'll find. Didn't feel secure. The sheets weren't clean and found bugs on the pillows. So really not satisfied, stayed there for the night and move the next morning to another place.

Super 8 Motel in Downtown Graceland was very hard to find and get to. It was not near any eating places or activities. It was definately not DOWNTOWN, it was in a run down neighborhood. You could tell where the front door of our room had been kicked in at one time. The TV wasn't working when we arrived. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. It actually looked like a sleezy motel. We would not have stayed but other motels were already booked. We will NEVER go to this motel again.
