The Best Value Inn of Memphis TN is centrally located a short 12 miles from the center of Memphis nightlife, such as Beale St, where you can dine at BB-King's or Elvis's Restaurants, visit Graceland. We are just 3 miles from Memphis International Airport. If games of chance are in the cards, there is a world class casino just 25 miles away as well as a Dog Track just 15 miles from our location. We are next door to the MATA bus station, where you can pick up the #69 Winchester bus that will take you to the airport terminal, and then it's a short walk to the gates. I-240 exit 20, then right onto American Way.

David, St Louis, MO, 2006-06-14 There are a number of eating places within a short drive .Let me try to think where I should start . Let's begin with check-in . While the manager was a very nice person he was hard to communicate with because he was foreign with very limited english . His young son spoke very good english thank goodness . We looked at 3 rooms before we selected on that didn't smell . We didn't realize it at the time but there wer cigarette burns on the desk and chair , the towels had stain marks as did the bedspread's underside . When my wife called the desk and asked for a blanket because she doesn't like a cold room and I do , they told her she would have to come to the office and get it herself . I was there for a FHA meeting and didn't have time to go scouting for another room so we sucked it up for the two nights and stayed . The people who were supposed to clean the room came by on the first morning and my wife had to show them how to clean the room and bath . They could not speak english either . When I discovered that my FHA meeting on the last day was going to last until 1 PM , I called the desk and asked if we could check out after one o'clock . You would have thought I had asked for my money back ! The night manager working was very rude and told me I would have to check out before 11 AM or wait until the day manager came to work at 8 AM or pay extra . Since I had to be at my meeting by 8 AM there was no way we could wait so we checked out that morning with the rude night manager and left .
