Short trip to the airport

The Airport Inn was very convient in providing quick transportation to the airport. Also, the staff was helpful and this hotel had great business amenitites.

Not Too Hot

This hotel is very close to the airport (as its name suggests) and very close to I-55, which can easily get you to nearly any attraction in Memphis.

The Airport Inn of Memphis is in a rather seedy area of Memphis and its few strengths (i.e., quick access to the interstate and the airport) do not outweigh its numerous weaknesses. I found the Airport Inn to be less than thoroughly clean, a bit dated, and the workers at the inn were less than the accomodating. Moreover, the area around the inn was quite loud throughout the night, and I was constantly annoyed with the concern that someone might be breaking into my vehicle. I will pay a bit more and find a better place to stay on my future trips to Memphis.

This hotel is not as nice as I had expected. One thing that I did not like was the fact that the sliding glass door handle was broken which made me feel unsafe.

What a horror

This place is trashy. Room was incredibly dirty. My daughter walked across the carpeting barefoot and her feet were blackened. Numerous lamps and apliances plugged into overloaded cheap extension cord. Oily film present on furniture. Hallways shabby and dark. Security fence and guardhouse present on property so this should clue you in about the neighborhood. Staff refused to refund the room charge and said there was no management personnel on duty on weekends. We were so disgusted we left and found other lodging for the night. Management subsequently has refused to refund our credit card.
