In a decent neighborhood I would accept the "substandard quality", but not in this marginal / industrial area. Rooms were not made up each day (not sure if that's common in a suites hotel - its not been my experience). I'd stay away from this one.

It served the purpose

The hotel is located near a lot of shopping and restaurants.

It worked for us because we were only there for one night, it was convenient to the field and the price was definitely right. The hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants, which means the traffic is heavy and congested at times. The staff was friendly and the place was clean/pleasant. The room was not ready when we checked in at 4:30pm. So, we had to wait about 20 mins. Also, the room was a little smaller than we expected. All in all for an overnight family stay at a good price, it served the purpose.

rivergate mall is right up the street, as well as many resturants

stayed overnight for a concert..the room was dark and must and the beds were like sleeping on plywood..it's location is close to alot of food and shopping with very easy interstate access..the bathroom was extremely small..but it did have a nice small kitchen...i have stayed at many extended stay hotels...this was the worst in my experience

Very friendly and customer oriented

Everything is nearby, shopping, dining, grocery stores, movies. But as with eveywhere there are lots of people our vehicle was broken into at the Rivergate mall,(Toys R Us) at about 11AM on a sunny Saturday morning.Hint:do not leave anything in plain site. Hotel staff helpful and gave us new keys to room

The Crestwood Suties room was very comfortable. The staf was quick to respond . On Saturday we noticed that the Air Conditioner was not working properly. We called and a repairman was prompty dispatched and the problem was resolved. Later on they even called to make sure everything was working properly.

Mall nearby and several of the nice chain restaurants.

Couldn't check until 3:30 because room wasn't ready. Think they had full occupancy and a little short on cleaners. Room was very clean but hallway wasn't up to par. Very few amenities-other than coffee and toiletries. I found out it this is extended stay, which means room isn't cleaned daily. Kitchen was a bonus
