Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Convenient to mall Anonymous Cool Springs Mall is a block away. There are several good restaurants and stores close. The Amerisuites/Cool Springs was very comfortable. The breakfast was better than most continental - included waffles, eggs, biscuits, sausage, fruit and the usual. It was staffed and did not run out of anything. It was very convenient to Cool Springs Mall. Score 4 out of 5 Great Breakfast Anonymous, Louisville, KY, 2007-03-04 Lots of shopping nearbyThe free breakfast is really good. The waffles are make it yourself and fun for the kids. Score 5 out of 5 Good for business location Anonymous, 2007-03-04 The hotel was very comfortable, the room was much larger than I thought. I like the sofa with the kitchen in the same room. The location is good due to the mall. Score 5 out of 5 Weekend Stay David, 2006-12-17 A large Shopping Mall and many dining facilities wer near the Motel. This hotel was vry convient to the Cool Springs area. We did Christmas Shopping and dining. They had a good complimentary breakfast. the highlight was the free hot cider near the check-in counter. Score 5 out of 5 Fun and Comfortable erich, North Bend, OR, 2005-12-24 Starbucks, the Outback, Wild Oats, Lowes, great shopping (DSW shoe store), nice Mall, J Alexanders. Our first visit to the Amerisuites was very very favorable. In particular the people at the desk, the foyer entrance/dining area was very comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. Also the apple cider, popcorn and cookies in the evening were a real hit with our granddaughter that lives in Franklin and visited us during our stay. The only problem was with our VCR. We rented a movie and it would not play. The person at the desk was very helpful, but there were no maintenance people at the hotel to fix the problem. Hence we did not view our movie. This was a very minor problem. The workout room was pretty good, but I would have liked to have a weight machines as well as the cardio machines (nice treadmill and stepper). To reemphasize, the people at the desk were outstanding and made us feel very welcome. Score 5 out of 5 Great Place to stay.... Score 5 out of 5 wonderful Jennifer, Memphis, TN, 2005-07-30 we had a great stay! the amenities were great, breakfast was delicious, and my children and dog were all happy!! thank you! Score 4 out of 5 My review of AmeriSuites Nashville /Cool Springs Bonne, Nashville, TN, 2005-07-12 The age and upkeep of the hotel were somewhat lacking. Nothing was in nonfunctional, but just seemed older than I expected instead of fresh and well maintained. Value for the money was lacking because upon arrival I received information that lead me to believe I could have gotten a better rate by booking the reservation directly with the hotel. Although the room was noted as a suite, it was really no more than a very large room with a doorway to divide the space. A suite to me is defined by a separate room that is divided by walls AND a door. Loved the room amenities of small kitchen sink, frig, and kitchen dinnerware and silverware. Score 2 out of 5 Great Location Carl, Indianapolis, IN, 2005-06-11 Very well located for travelers or vacatuioners to the aouth Nashville area. They were full and unable to honor my reservation and I am not the type to make demands so I settled for an available room. Score 5 out of 5 Very good for all things Julius, Memphis, TN, 2005-04-22 The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The room was large and well kept, except for the bed spread. It was musty smelling and was probably used more than one time. my wife had to reqest for a clean one and it took them forever to bring it. Other than that it was a good hotel and a bargain. |
