Most recent user reviewsScore 2 out of 5 Good Price, Poor maintainence Nicholas, Richmond, VA The first room we got was in dis-repair. No bulb in the heat lamp, the toilet did not flush and two of the three lamps in the room did not work. The man at the front desks reply was "We don't worry too much about the heat lamps" When I told him that I had to lift the back lid off of the toilet and manually lift the plunger to make it flush his response was "But it worked OK when you did that right?" I insisted on a new room which I got. The new room was better but had large stains on the shower curtain and was not very clean in any respect. The location was fine. The breakfast was very minimal, Juice, english muffins, honey buns, coffee & cold cereal. I guess you get what you pay for. If I was to go back, I'd look for another hotel Score 4 out of 5 My Stay Jim, 2006-12-13 One exit up on expresswayVery quiet at night, was able to sleep well. Also lots of hot water in shower. Breakfast could have a better selection and a movie channel would have been nice. But these item would not stop me from staying there again. Score 4 out of 5 Very good hotel staff Anonymous, Huntsville, AL, 2006-11-19 There was an "family entertainment" place down the road. It had a big, nice bowling alley, a sports bar, a little arcade and miniture bowling for the reall little ones, and some other stuff too. It was very nice and affordable. Their were also movie theatres nearby.I had an overall good stay. The only bad part was that the first night we were on the first floor at the end of the hotel where the side door entrance was and all we heard all night was the door slamming and noise from outside. But the next morning I told the clerk at the desk and he apologized for the inconvienience and gave us a room on the third floor which was a whole lot better. So, the only thing you should not do is stay on the first floor. The hotel staff was awesome and the rooms were very nice and clean. I would definently stay at this hotel again and recommend others to as well. Score 4 out of 5 Hard To Find Anonymous, Huntsville, AL, 2006-11-18 Short drive from the Cool Springs Galleria. This was a very good room for the price. It was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. It was far enough from the highway so that the road noise was not loud enough to bother us. The hotel was hard to find, though. The very small sign was not visible from the exit and the map was not helpful. I finally found it when I cut through the parking lot of the Cracker Barrel to a street on the other side. I never did find another way in. The continental breakfast was meager, but I wasn't expecting much for the price. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, no-frills room in a hotel with indoor hallways, this is a good choice. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2005-11-28 Near I-65 and near Williamson County Medical CenterScore 4 out of 5 Good value, but.... Jerry, Minneapolis, MN, 2005-11-08 Godd value but they take some silly shortcuts like no heatlamp in the bath. C'mon it can get cold even in Tennessee. Score 5 out of 5 friendly environment Anonymous, 2005-09-20 The hotel was a short drive from the Cool Springs Convention Center where I commuted daily. It was also a short distance from the Cools Springs Galleria where I shop annually. The Best Value Inn had a friendly environment. I enjoyed reading in the pool area. I felt safe walking the grounds. The location was ideal. It was only a few miles away from the Cools Springs Galleria and Convention Center. |
