There must be at least 12 hotels on this street. We were down the street from the largest mall in Tn. with over 200 stores and numberous restarants. The breakfast area is very small and only open until 9:00. The check in area is also very small. The staff and the housekeepers were terrific.This hotel is very clean for it's age, and the staff are very helpful in getting things taken care of. Our toilet handle broke {inside} and they were there to fix it in ten minutes. It is right off the interstate so there is no street searching. The rooms are spacious and clean and the value for your money is very good. I really like the king size bed and the couch in the room. I went for some R&R and that is exactly what this hotel offers. However the bed sheets where of poor quality which made the bed somewhat uncunfortable. The location wasperfect, close to everything.
