The Circle C barbecue is probably the nastiest place I've ever eaten. The "barbecue" consisted of a pulled-pork sandwich. That's it. No ribs or chicken. The floor was greasy but the waitresses were nice.

Once I got over the smell of cigarettes the prevailing smell of urine made for a distinctly unpleasant stay. There was peeling wall-paper in the bathroom and loose light switches that worked some of the time. Overall I've been happy with the Days Inn chain in other locations but I'd avoid this place if I return to Chattanooga.

Weekend Getaway

The Waffle House is with in walking distance and a good staff was on duty when I was in there. Fast and friendly.

The Chattanooga Inn was somewhat of a disappointment. The room was not very clean, not well maintained. Cracks in the ceiling, walls dirty and needed a fresh coat of paint for starters. Bathroom needed a overall and a good scrubbing. For the price of the room, I felt taken. I would not recommend nor stay again. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. When you are away from home, you like to be able to feel like you can kick off your shoes and walk around like in your own home. I wouldn't dare in this room. Next time, I will be more careful as where I choose to stay. Cleanliness and maintenance is my number one complaint.

Pet Friendly

This hotel is extremely pet friendly and it is in a somewhat country setting which was great when traveling with 2 dogs. We had no problems with taking our dogs into the hotel and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We will be stopping there the next time we go home as it is on our way.
