Although I would have prefered the hotel to be in a more remote area, the hotel itself was well kept. I had wanted to take a walk in the country, but this hotel is in town. The pool area was secluded from public and kept very nice. The evening meal we had was great. The service all around was great. Score 2 out of 5 Customer care could have been a lot better allen, 2006-05-29 At check in they downgraded my room.After trying to correct the promblem the room was upgraded to a larger suite, but it was infested with spiders and insects.I had to personaly fumagate the room with RAID.I notified the Hotel manager and was not offered any type of compensation for this inconvience (NOT EVEN REIMBURSMENT FOR THE 2 CANS OF BUG SPRAY).The stay could have been much much better if it wasn't for these problems. |
