Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Deadwood Gulch Resort a Great Place to Visit Nioma, 2006-07-24 There is a great minture golf course and lots of other fun family things just acroos the street.Deadwood Gulch Resort was a very comfortable place to stay. The complimentary breakfast was hot, service was excellent, and a real plus for starting the day. The view from our room was gorgious. Our room was very quite and comfortable. The Resort was also a short drive to the camp ground where our relatives were staying. We totally enjoyed our time at Deadwood Gulch. Score 5 out of 5 One of the nicest places in Deadwood chris, Grand Rapids, MI, 2006-07-06 Just a short trolly ride from downtown. Really nice view of the black hills from the motel. There is really alot to do around Deadwood. I would recommend going there if you've never been in that area. Do the needles highway route too. Scary, but awesome scenery!The motel was excellent, the casino was ok. I loved the duck race they ran in the creek around the property. Good prizes! I would stay there again if we go back to Deadwood. Great place! They also include breakfast with every day you stay there. That was a big plus! I played 21 for the fist time, and the lady that was the dealer was fantastic and very helpful. She made my trip! I didnt know anything about the game and she was patient and kind. I will play their again real soon. She deserves a big bonus for her personality and cheerfulness.We had a great time at the Deadwood Gulch. Everyone was pleasant and full of smiles. I will definately stay their again in a heart beat. The room was clean and I loved the little duckie that they leave for you on the bath tub! Made you feel at home. Hope I can go their again soon. Score 5 out of 5 Godd value for your buck Dianne, Cheyenne, WY, 2005-05-09 I have stayed here several times on my regular visits to Deadwood. I like the location right on the river with a walk way all the way to town. Might be a little long for some people but great for people who like to walk. If not able to do the walk they have a shuttle that runs to town every 15 minutes. The restaurant is great and very affordable. Wonderful food and great selections. By staying away from town you get the forest atmoshere and can sit right out on the river and enjoy a drink from the bar and escape the casino noise in exchange for the wildlife and birds. |
