Newly renovated Pride of Super 8 hotel conveniently located off I-90 and I-29. Our location offers easy on/off access to both Interstates and is just up the road from the Airport and Convention Center. We offer 57 newly renovated rooms, all of which include wireless high speed internet, hair dryers, coffee makers and curved shower rods for added bath space. Most of our rooms also include microwaves and refrigerators and irons and boards. Treat yourself to one of our Jacuzzi Suites, family suites or Business Suites. Our Jacuzzi Suites include all of the standard amenities plus an oversized whirlpool for total relaxation. The business travelers are taken care of in our Business Suites which include plenty of work space to tackle those large tasks for the next business meeting. Family's love our Family Suite. This large room includes three separate bed rooms, six beds and a kitchenette. Plenty of room for that extra cargo. After a hard day of work or vacationing, relieve some of the stress by visiting our new Health facility. This facility includes the latest in health club technology and two TV's to view during your workout. Start your day off right with our SuperStart breakfast where you'll be treated to all of the traditional continental breakfast items plus waffles, Krispey Kreme Donuts and fresh bakery items. We unlocked the door to enter the room, and to our surprised was a prety upset couple wondering what and the hell we were doing in there room. I had went back down to the front desk to find out what had happened they had know clue to what might have happened, the couple that was in the room wasn't even registered at the front desk. So I asked if they had any other rooms available they said the only room that was available was a room with one full bed . I said that would be alright as longas there is a couple of roll-aways,because I had two other children with me. They said that they had roll-aways but that I would have to carry them up three flights of stairs because they were short staffed .My wife and carried the beds up the stair down the hall to the room . By this time you have the people in the first room and myself a little upset with the whole ordeal there was no mngr. at all to contact. So I said I would handle it in the morning. I woke up at 9:00 the next morning hoping to talk to the mngr. The gal said she would be in in an hour to talk to me . My family and I waited till 11:00 and there still was no mngr. We had a graduation we had to attend at 11:30 so we had to leave. They said they would have the mngr. contact me as soon as she got in . I still have not heard from the motel mngr. today ,and feel that they owe me some type of an appolgy or explanation to what had happened. I feel that I was treated unprofessinally by the staff and mngr.of this motel. Score 5 out of 5 Very Friendly and Clean Roxanna, Sioux Falls, SD, 2006-02-26 There were various restaurants only a short drive from the hotel. McDonald's, Arby's, Burger King, Denny's and a few others but I cannot think of the names.I was very pleased with my stay at the Super 8. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The two queen size beds were made neatly and clean. The bathroom and wash area were clean and shiny. There was adequate space for hanging clothes. Television provided cable and HBO and there was a desk for my laptop computer and access to wireless internet free. The location was near the site I was visiting so there was not a long drive. |
