Most recent user reviewsScore 1 out of 5 Don't go here Anonymous, 2006-07-14 The bar next door was decent, it was too late to eat but the beers were cold and cheap.The hotel was very dirty and smelled bad, there were no pillow cases, the hot tub was broken, the tv had rolling lines on it. I switched rooms after the first night because of the smell and got into the room right next door and it was a little better(atleast there were pillow cases in this room). I checked out 2 days early because I was so disappointed. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Score 3 out of 5 Value with Shortcomings Anonymous, 2005-09-25 Fast food is a short distance away and good restaurants are within about a mile.My wife and I spent 3 nights at the hotel during the period when it was hosting 16 refugees from New Orleans. That could have an effect on our experience. 1. Room cleanliness was about average with cleanup on request. We got clean towels on request. 2. The breakfast buffet was sparse. No juice 2 mornngs and punch with not more than 1% juice the third. Coffee, cereal and milk, bagels and spreads were available. 3. Wireless internet was available, and the front desk man went out of his way to help me connect. He also let me use the lobby computer. 4. A seedy bar in an adjacent building was the only on site source of food or drink except for soft drink machines. 5. The room was large and comfortable with a good heat pump. |
