When arriving, the front desk person was very nice and very helpful. Score 2 out of 5 This hotel -not safe for guests. Rear side door lock on 1st floor of building which should have been operable by hotel room cards to enter or exit was broken. Unfortunately, anyone could have walked in of street. Informed desk attendent and was ignored. Will not use that hotel chain again. Score 5 out of 5 Good quality for the price!
