For a short stay the perfect location for what we needed. Housekeeper very friendly. Make sure you bring a hair dryer as none are provided in the room.Rooms are very standard and price a little high, but it is the summer and in season. Would would stay again for a short stay.

Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable

The Super 8 Motel was a great overall value. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, it was quiet, and the pool was clean. It was very close to the beach, but it could be quite a long drive to Myrtle Beach restaurantsand shops with the traffic. The only bad thing was that the halls smelled like cigarettes; but the room itself was fine.

It is just north of Barefoot Landing which has a lot of dining/shopping/entertainment. Other restaurants are nearby as well.

The room wasn't very clean - there were burn marks in the carpet, you could see all the dust on the sofa in the room, the pillows were lumpy and probably very old...all in all I wouldn't stay here again.

Access to the beach was easy.

Our stay at the Super 8 in Myrtle Beach, SC was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel staff for the most part was courteous and pleasant. They were quick to solve what few problems we had, ie TV remote didn't work. Whatever we asked for the staff was quick to assist us. The location of the hotel was qreat. It was convenient to most of the places we like to visit while in Myrtle Beach. Over all a very good experience, plus the rates were very good. I will consider using Super 8 again as I travel to other parts of the country.

Right down from the House of Blues

The Super 8 Motel was very comfortable. The refrigerater in the room was a nice amenity I wasn't expecting. The location was great-- 1/2 mile from the House of Blues where we frequently visit.

the staff at checkin was a little rude. the hotel itself was nice,on the outside i was scared of what i'd find on the inside. on the inside it was nice. would stay again,with no thought behind it.

I THINK THIS HOTEL WAS WELL UNDER RATED FOR THE PRICE AND COMFORT LEVEL/RATINGS.. WE HAD GREAT SERVICE AND WELL MAINTAINED FACILITIES FOR THE PRICES WE PAID FOR ROOMS.. I WOULD RECOMMEND MORE PEOPLE TRY THIS HOTEL AND ITS LOCATION...

I booked this hotel because I was in town on business and needed something affordable and within my organization's per diem. Being the vacation season I didn't know if I would be able to get anything within my budget that would also be clean and comfortable; however, Super-8 came through with flying colors and was very affordable, clean and comfortable. A great deal for the money!
