Ideally located on South Ocean Blvd just across the street from Atlantic Beach, this property's newly renovated guest rooms are within walking distance of the Beach, Clubs, Bars, Restaurants, Shopping and Attractions, and within a short drive of the Convention Center (3 miles), Broadway on the Beach (4 miles), Baseball Field (4 miles), and various Shopping Malls (6 mile radius). We feature a Free Super Start Breakfast, Free High Speed Internet, Cable TV with HBO, Seasonal (heated during season) Outdoor Pool with Sundeck, Picnic Area with Barbeque Grill in a nice grassy courtyard, Guest Laundry, Rooms with Full Kitchenettes, Group and Corporate Rates and Microwaves and Refridgerators in all rooms. Please cancel reservations 5 days prior to 4:00pm on Arrival Date. When a reservation is made from March 1 to October 15, 2005 there is a deposit of one night plus tax for first night. If cancel 5 days prior to arrival then there is a $5.00 cancellation fee and if not cancelled within 5 days than the guest would lose the entire deposit.

It is still a very long walk to these places, but access to the beach is good.The staff was very friendly. It is a very old motel, but we didn't spend much time in the room because we were on the beach most of the time. I would recommend for couples not children. The bathroom light did not work half the time.The room did not have an alarm clock. The location was very nice. Over all we were unsatisfied with the room. I couldn't change rooms until the next day. That room was satisfactory, though the entire place was old, clean, but shabby. My 2nd room was in the corner and very quiet. I did like the location on Ocean Blvd.- close in to everything. |
