Only a short drive to Charleston and in a nice location.

There is no hairdyer, shampoo, soap, or conditioner in the room - bring your own. Also, I guess because this is an extended stay facility, there is no ice machine. We brought food to fix in the kitchen, but there was no soap or kitchen towels to wash your dishes. One good point - it is close to the city of Charleston and Mt. Pleasant is a nice area. It's close to good restaurants and stores. You can see the new bridge from most of the room. I can't say I would recommend this room to anyone.

If I WERE TO TRAVEL AGAIN TO SOUTH CAROLINA, I WOULD MAKE MY WAY BACK TO THE ESH. THE STAFF UPON ARRIVAL WAS VERY WARM WITH GREETINGS AND THEY TOOK CARE OF US DURING OUR ENTIRE TRIP. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND THE ROOMS ARE JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ANY AMT. OF TIME YOU WISH TO STAY. I'M GLAD WE STAYED THERE.

Convenient and inexpensive suite

An excellent choice for anyone wanting a small efficiency suite while they are visiting Charleston and particularly for the Spoleto festival. Just minutes from downtown Charleston and also near shopping and restaurants. There is a large grocery store within a mile for those who like to make some meals in their room. The property is not luxurious but well maintained and has a friendly staff.
