Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 good area and easy access Elizabeth, 2006-09-25 Walmart and Sam's Club is just a short drive. The Best Western Fort Jackson was very easy to find. The staff checking me in were friendly and helpful. The area had several dinning options and shopping was nearby. The hotel housekeeping was the only thing I was dissappointed in. Overall I would definitely stay there again. Score 4 out of 5 Very friendly Tammy, Washington, DC, 2006-05-29 Everything that you may need is along Garner's Ferry Road. Shopping, dining, hotels, etc. Walmart, Target, Lowes and strip malls. The check-in & out process at The Best Western at Fort Jackson was painless. The continental breakfast should be served until 10:00. The start hours are fine ,but for us late night owls rushing to get there by 9:30 is cutting it a little close. Upon arrival in my room I find a roach on the curtains. The microwave and coofeepot should be cleaned out daily. It was not. Over all the young man at the front desk was marvelous. He worked the 2nd & late night shift. He was very courteous and apologetic about the roach, coffeepot & microwave incidents. I would stay there again. Score 3 out of 5 My review of Best Western Fort Jackson Anonymous, 2006-05-28 Good rib and steak place. The refrigerator was broken in the room and my son had to help carry the refrigerator in the room because no one else was working with him. The pool was not very clean, it had a green film on the sides. I would not return there again. |
