Most recent user reviewsScore 1 out of 5 My review of Charleston - Days Inn Historic District Anonymous it's right across the street fro the market that is fun and full of crafts-- and a block from the renaissance hotel that is swanky... and backs on the streets of shopoping- everything is convenient and in wlaking distance.the place was not nice-- it was really cheap looking and I woudl be ashamed to have anyone poick me up there. The mattresses looked shoddya nd Old and the sheets were wrinkled and the carpet was disgustingly old and worn and I was afriad to ever go barefoot. TYhe locationw as fabulaous though... the staff was not very welcoming- never went out of their way adn one of the women on housekeeping had a nasty chip on her shoulder. it was nice they provided an iron. Score 4 out of 5 nice but nothing special Anonymous, Tampa, FL, 2006-08-27 location was excellent...shopping, dining, and nightlife were all just a short walk away. Our stay at this hotel was nice. As for the price...i would say it was a bit high but for the area it was located in..it was about average. The bed was huge, the air worked great, frig, microwave, and coffee maker came in handy, and parking wasn't a problem. The staff was extra nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay again. Score 3 out of 5 dirty but great location Anonymous, Hendersonville, NC, 2005-10-23 In the heart of Charleston could not beat the location but it might be worth a walk to find a room that isn't so nastystinky room in a great spot Score 5 out of 5 Best location James, Denver, CO, 2005-08-17 All of above is short walk..This hotel is in middle of where you want to be in Charleston..no need for automobile..room comfort is about average, but OK...... |
