please don't use the small washer dryer combo. The dryer is supposed to dry by using steam. You can only put in a few items and it takes hours.

The Avista is located right on the beach in North Myrtle Beach.

The Avista is a new hotel located within walking disdance of all the beach shag clubs. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with a full kitchen. The parking deck is located across the steet but offers adequate parking. Overall we were totally satsfied with our stay at the Avista.

Shag clubs are all within walking distance.

The Avista resort was centrally located so that you could actually walk to all the shag clubs in the area. This was perfect for us. The room was very nice and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. I would highly recommend!

Great Beach condo hotel

There is tons of shopping with many outlet stores, Plenty of restaurants , Broadway shows , mini golf et close by

The Avista condo hotel gave us the satisfaction of comfort and convienience , We were pleasantly surprised to find we did not miss timesharing since this hotel provided all that and more with room service and hotel staff available, The condo faced the beach and it was wonderful to wake up to this sight everyday , The Condo was claen and nicely furnished with a full stove and Refrigerator, We are looking forward to our next vacation in Myrtle Beach at the Avista !

the avista was very nice and comfortable the room was very large it was plenty rom for everyone the lication was very good and the water park was nice tere were plenty restaurants near by

THE AVISTA WAS NICE EXCEPT FOR ONE INCENTENT THAT HAPPENED THE ROOM THAT I WAS ASSIGNED TO ON THURSDAY. SATURDAY A NOTHER COUPLE WAS ALSO ASSIGNED TO. THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN ROOM 1207 BUT I WAS GIVING ROOM 1106. NO PROBLEM. BUT I WAS IN THE ROOM FOR TWO NIGHTS BEFORE THEY REALLIZED THIS THAT WAS NOT GOOD. THE PEOLPLE LOOK HONEST BUT IF I WAS NOT IN THE ROOM AT THE TIME THEY TRY TO ENTER YOU COULD JUST WONDER IF. AND WHY DID NOT THE SYSTEM FLAG THAT SOMEONE WAS IN THAT ROOM EVENTHOUGH THE KEY WAS ASIGNED??? OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT I WILL LOVE TO STAY AGAIN

has a nice beach side hot tub

although my reservation was accidentally duplicated, the hotel staff corrected the matter upon check in. The only hassles included across the street parking in a deck (unusual in that area of cherry Grove) and the fact that my door key did not work upon check in. overall though, the staff was courteous and took care of this hassle when i returned to the desk. the rooms are new and clean with everything working well. I am returning in a week for antoher stay.

The Avista is located at the northern end of North Myrtle Beach, quick trip to the major attractions going south or away to the more rural areas to the north. Staff was always out maintaining grounds, working around the pool,etc. We were pleasantly surprised, really. Clear, spacious rooms with separate bedroom, which made it feel like a little apartment and space to get out of each other's way.

Great New Place to Stay in North Myrtle Beach!

The Avista is brand new, on the beach and two blocks from the downtown area of Ocean Drive in North Myrtle Beach. The rooms and furniture were very colorful, and the beds were great. Our room looked directly out over the beach and pool area, as did nearly every room at Avista. Of the three couples staying in the suite, all of us agreed that we plan to stay there again. The price was right and the location and amenities were great.
