Great location, noisy room

My family stayed here for the night during our 2 day stay in Pittsburgh. After spending a fun day at the zoo, we were tired and hungry. We have a 6 and 3 year old. We checked in and the front desk help were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the Olive Garden which was close by. After that, we were ready to call it a day. It was hot out and we had the AC on in the room. The only problem was that every time it kicked on, it sounded like a plane taking off. They really need to fix that. It woke us up numerous times during the night. Besides that, the room was clean and comfortable. I don't think that we will stay there again, because we want a good nights sleep.
