Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Very family friendly Anonymous, 2007-03-11 A cinema was across the street. The price was unbelievable and it served the purpose of giving us something we hadn't done it a while, go to the movies as a family. After a long morning and afternoon, the movies was a welcoming event. It completed the trip. For the length of time I was there, I was very satisfied. The evening manager welcomed us with a smile, the morning manager assisted with directions to downtown Pittsburgh. Overall I was pleased with the staff, the room, the location and the ease it took to get from the hotel to Pittsburgh. My kids enjoyed their stay as well, and when my kids are happy I am definitely happy. It made the trip fun. Score 4 out of 5 Great place to relax Anonymous, 2006-10-01 Everything you need is all within a 3 mile radious. The people were very nice when they messed up my room key but apologized. Everything was nice for the money. The accomodations were nice. Score 2 out of 5 The Knights Inn julie, Buffalo, NY, 2006-07-02 We chose that hotel based on the fact that it had a pool. After we made the trip to the hotel and checked it we noticed that the pool was not fuctioning. there was about a foot of black water in it and did not look like it has been working for a while. Next, they were remodeling our hotel so outside our hotel door on the ground were a hundred used mattresses. Lastly, the hotel room that we stayed in had a broken window that looked liked someone had put their fist through. Score 1 out of 5 I was so dissatisfied ALOYSIUS, Philadelphia, PA, 2006-06-10 The only thing why I keep stay at this hotel because of the curch next to the hotel , so I can go every morning before I go to work .2 days in a row my room was not been clean up at all but somebody came in to my room just to take a dirty towel and they did not give me the new one , so I have to go to the front desk to get the new one . Their reason was because they got the problem with the cleaning service person at that time . Hopefully other traveller won't get this like me . Score 1 out of 5 Not a place to stay Jaime, 2006-06-04 I didn't stay at this hotel. When I got to the hotel it looked very shady. Me,my daughter and my friend didn't go in. On arrival the hotel looked in dissary. Couches outside the hotel rooms, paint coming off all over the place. It didn't look safe at all and with three girls staying by themselves, I was not comfortable with the looks of the hotel. A room was being cleaned and I got close to the room in my car and said no way. Score 2 out of 5 get what you pay for mary ann, Pittsburgh, PA, 2005-11-27 close to interstate 79the staff at the hotel was very nice...the bathroom was disgusting it had mold all thru the bathroom area...thank goodness i was just staying the night and didn't have to take a shower the floor was curling up the walls were buckling and moldy the area for the beds were satisfactory but that bathroom was gross....
