Carpet was stained, lighting was dull, and the fitness center was a falling apart (the weight set was in pieces with sign that seems to have been in place for awhile stating: Temporarily out of order. The staff seemed nice and were pleasant at check in and check out. It has been years since I have stayed at a Shilo Inn, and I remember them being fairly nice, but if this hotel is representative of the rest, than they have really gone down in quality.
