Most recent user reviewsScore 2 out of 5 Typical small town hotel Richard, San Francisco, CA There is a very nice restraunt next store to the hotel. They have great appetisers and during the happy hour prices are very low.The Best Western Sunnyside is your typical small town hotel. The outside of the hotel looked like it could use some maintenance. The service people seemed like they could care less about the guests. They were just putting in their time. The doors to all of the maintenance areas were left open and looked unkept and unsightly. I requested that maintenance look at our heating system since it was making a horrible noise. They did nothing about it and when I called the next day they said they forgot. The noise from the freeway which is right behind the hotel made it difficult to sleep at night. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone visiting Clackamus. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was that they had less than desirable water pressure in the shower. Score 5 out of 5 HIgh Quality Service for the Budget Conscious JANA, Islip, NY, 2006-02-05 This was my first time at the Best Western Sunnyside and I was very pleased. The front desk was very courteous. They pointed out several places to eat during my stay. The hotel room was filledd with all of the necessary accommodations plus some I didn't expect in an economically priced room. The room itself was spacious. Finally, the continental breakfast was just the right touch after a peaceful night's sleep. It was a pleasure to stay at the Best Western Sunnyside Inn and I recommend it highly for those who want quality service at an economical price. Score 5 out of 5 Fun place to stay and shop Anonymous, Eugene, OR, 2005-08-09 Clackamas Town Center and the surrounding shops are a great place for Back To School shopping. We found great bargains and values--and had a lot of fun at the same time. It's a great value for the money, and the property and location to Clackamas Town Center work well. This stay was a valuable getaway for us. Score 4 out of 5 Ok for the price Anonymous, Seattle, WA, 2005-07-22 I stayed at this hotel for two nights, it was clean and relatively quiet considering it was right on the freeway. The only thing I didn't like was the first morning the maid knocked on our door at 8:30 in the morning and wanted to clean the room. I guess the do not disturb sign fell off during the night and was on the floor by the door, so she really didn't know it had been on the door. But since the doors are to the outside, signs that would stay in place would be nice. |
