My room was very clean and had good beds. The mini-fridge, table and quality tv are definite pluses. The "deluxe" continental breakfast was not very deluxe, however, and beware of an automatic room safe fee which must evidently be contested at check-out. Though not in the heart of the city, it is close enough to town to make trips to the theater & park easy & quick. The frige and microwave in the room were very convenient. It also has easy access to I-5. Score 5 out of 5 Review of Super 8 Motel - Ashland, OR Anonymous, Pittsburgh, PA, 2005-06-19 The Super 8 Motel and our stay there met our expectations; a clean room, adequate bathroom space, moderately priced and convenient to the Interstate. Daily travels to visit relatives and friends in the area took us away from the motel for most of the time of our stay, but we knew we had a comfortable room waiting for us when we returned. A "continental" breakfast was promoted by the desk staff, but we were disappointed in the location and minimal selection of items offered. Toast, bagels, juice and hot beverages were the extent of the items. There was only one table and four chairs in the lobbie area for all guests. Obviously eating was a "take-out" affair back to our room. My suggestion is to be more specific when the guest checks in as to what exactly will be offered. "Continental breakfast" can be defined differently by different people. Perhaps a discount coupon to a local breakfast restaurant might be more appealing. Other than that, our stay at the Super 8 Motel - Ashland was enjoyable and I would consider staying there again. Score 3 out of 5 good location, price.Needs cleaning!
