I did have to go to the front desk to receive items that housekeeping failed to leave in the room when they cleaned; ie; no soap, no shampoo in the bathroom. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked, and thats good because it was 107 in Oklahoma City that day. Norman, Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma is a short 10 minute drive from the motel. I would recommend this motel to friends that were looking for lodging in the Oklahoma City area. We checked in at 7am and checked out 11 am same day. The only complaint I have is it was difficult to find. The freeways were under construction and we were not able to find the hotel.
