Will never stay there again

The hotel staff was nice to us, however that is the extent of my satisfaction with this hotel. The hotel itself was very shabby looking. The furniture was worn and old looking. The walls looked terrible - the wallpaper was peeling from the walls and it looked like the walls had not been painted for years. The whole look of the place was a big turn off. The heating system did not work well at all - we were cold in the room. Our room was right next to the pool area, and it was not sound proofed at all. We could hear the kids at the pool making very much noise all night, and it was disturbing to us because we were trying to get some sleep.

The staff was flexible and tried hard to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is in need of a face lift, but everything worked well -- shower, air, and so forth. Safe in the room was a plus and hotel has nice common areas. Good access to highway, but isolated from shops and restaurants.

There are plenty of restruant and fast food eatery,shopping center approxiame 3 mile from hotel.

I find the roon to be very large. With a desk to work from. It had everything you need as the comfort of home.

Family Friendly

At the next exit there are numerous brand name restaurants.

The Best Value has had new owners for only 2 months. They are very nice people. They recognize they have a lot of improvements to be made. Once they are completed it will be very enjoyable experience.
