Floor was wet all around the a/c unit. Moldy smell to the room. 3. 1 set of towels with a room which had an in room hot tub. Called desk twice to remind them to bring towels. They were busy. 4.No morning newspaper. 5.Elveator jumps up and down with a terrible noise. 6. Couch and chair stained and sticky.
