Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 economy class frank, Billings, MT, 2006-08-21 The Olive Garden, Bob Evans, Red Lobster, Houlihans Old Place were within walking distance and a longer walk to the Bahama Breeze.The staff was nice but seemed disorganized. They did not know where the supervisor was when they had a question about something out of the ordinary. The rooms were clean but we had 2 TVs with one did not work and was bolted down and had not been removed. The continental breakfast did not have any fruit which would have been nice. The room was cleaned nicely each day with clean towels, soap, and glasses. The location was good and quiet. It was an older motel with outside entrances to the room. We feel they are trying to update. We would probably stay there again for the price. Score 5 out of 5 Clean, Pleasant, Great Value! We had a refrigerator and microwave in the room -- a wonderful surprise! There was also complimentary coffee, and a lovely swimming pool. The staff was very helpful. It was a great place to grab breakfast on the go.The Super 8 Motel in the Cleveland/Beachwood area was very dissappointing. The first room we were given had a plugged toilet. After we called the hotel attendant he gave us another room because he did not have any staff to fix it. On our walk to the next room, the main door leading inside the building had a smashed window and did not lock from the outside. Needless to say we did not feel safe. However, we did like the area and the easy access to the highway and to several restaurants. |
