Free High speed internet in all rooms. Free small breakfast in morning. Free long diatance and local phone calls. 24 hr coffee and juice in lobby. Easy to access to all major highway I-71, I-70,I-270, 315, 23, 33. dowan town only five miles. convention center, nationwide arena, OSU, less then Ten Miles. Berliner park next exit. 86 restaurent within walking distance.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was no coffee pot in the room, but there was a continental breakfast in the main lobby. The fawcet on the tub came off when turning on the shower, so we needed to take baths. It was reported to the front desk and they were very receptive. Any lack was more than made up for by the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. The continental breakfast was a bit of a let down...consisting only of coffee, tea and bagels, muffins or sweet rolls. If I remember correctly the Cross Country Inn that I had booked offered an extended continental breakfast. I am elderly and travel alone...I felt quite secure at this location. good restaurants were close by....all in all I definately intend to return to this facility. I didn't relize that Cross Country Inn was being remodeled into a Red Roof Inn. We had a hard time finding it due to no actual sign with Cross Country Inn on it. The lobby was a disaster and since they had a baby with them they had no room to set up her crib. This was a queen room & just had enough room for the bed. They were not happy with their stay.
